Variance to Parking Requirements
- Relax Sections 17-24 of Zoning Bylaw No. 2950 as identified in the Bunt & Associates October 7, 2021 Parking Study (Attachment 5).
-To relax Section 26 of Zoning Bylaw No. 2950 to not require a off-street loading area, and allow for the use of the adjacent on-street parking on Robert Street to also be used for loading purposes.
A Site Plan for the Development Permit with Variance is provided in Attachment 4 and the Letter of Rationale from the applicant is provided in Attachment 7.
