Zoning Bylaw Amendment - Site Specific Amendment to (CD6) Zone to increase building height in Area 2 by 3.05 m (10 ft) to correct the Zoning Bylaw building height for a 4.5 storey building, and then, to further increase that building height by 0.61 (2 ft) in order to achieve a 5 storey building; increase building height in Area 3 by 2.56 m (8.4 ft) to correct the Zoning Bylaw building height for a 3.5 storey building; remove reference to eave height; increase footprint of parking areas from cluster of 8 to 12; and reduce primary building setback from 10 to 6m from railways.
